We review your prototype on code, architecture, security, privacy and, where relevant, the behaviour of AI components. We make clear what is already production-ready and what is still simulated or temporarily solved.
Make production-ready and test.
We work on the critical flow in an agreed test environment: from integrations and error handling to access and logging. We test it against predefined criteria, so you know what is needed to go live safely.
Decide and plan.
We translate the findings into the scope of the first release, the required investment and the conditions for adoption and management.
The sprint delivers evidence and an actionable plan. The full application, go-live, extensive migrations and formal audits fall outside this first step. In advance, we agree on the technical trial, access and the availability of your business and IT owners.

From a well-founded decision to the first release
After the sprint, you can make a well-founded decision to continue, adjust course or stop. If the application is promising, the release scope and technical findings form the basis for a concrete implementation proposal. Handpicked can then guide you through further development, integrations, testing, go-live and management. It does not matter who built the prototype. You receive the code and documentation that were created, with clear agreements on existing components and licences. There is no obligation to continue the next phase with Handpicked.
